INGREDIENTS:
Soy meat:
1/3 cup of soy meat granules
1/2 cup of vegetable broth
1/2 tbsp of roasted sesame oil
1 tbsp chopped ginger
1 tbsp chopped garlic
2 tbsp of soy sauce
1 tbsp sweet rice vinegar
2 bok choy leaves
500ml of water
1 pack of ramen noodles
Broth:
1/2 tbsp of roasted sesame oil
1 tsp of chopped ginger
3/4 of vegetable broth
1/2 cup of soy milk
2 tbsp of tahini paste
2 tbsp of soy sauce
1 tbsp of sweet rice vinegar
2 tbsp chili oil
(You can make it by mixing together chili powder and roasted sesame oil or you can substitute it with spicy bean paste if you have)
