15 Minute BEGINNERS Shoyu Ramen Recipe - The Tipsy Cookery

This is one of the easiest Beginner Shoyu Ramen recipes out there! You can literally make this ramen in 15 minutes!! It is definitely not traditional, but this recipe DEFINITELY amazed me! There are 3 parts to making this ramen: 1. The Tare 2. The Aroma Oil 3. The Broth. I’ve used some simple ingredients where you can find in any asian grocery store.
I followed the recipe from an really awesome YouTube channel (The Way of Ramen) but made a little bit of tweaks here and there.

Tare Recipe:
- 2.5 tbsp Japanese Shoyu
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Sugar
- 1/4 tsp MSG (Optional)
- 1 tsp Mirin
Aroma Oil Recipe:
- Thumb size Ginger Diced
- 1 bunch Green Onion Diced
- 3-4 tbsp Canola Oil
Soup Recipe:
- 2 cups Chicken Stock
- 1/2 pack Dash Powder

This beer was definitely easy to drink even though the watermelon flavour isn’t too prevalent. This beer is smooth and slightly sweet. Bot exactly my cup of tea (glass of beer) but nevertheless, a great beer!
